Vortex™ Vacuum Bag Connectors are manufactured with a solid body removing any external threads, eliminating potential leak paths. The patented design, specifically for high temperature vacuum applications provides the highest level of vacuum integrity, performance, reliability and flexibility for autoclave and oven production processes.

Vortex™ Vacuum Bag Connectors are available with a 2” or 3” base as standard and as a solid or self-cutting option. Vortex™ Vacuum Bag Connectors come complete with a Vortex™ platinum cured silicone seal, clamping plate and locking ring for securing the vacuum bag.

Vortex™ Vacuum Bag Connectors are manufactured from high grade stainless steel, providing uniform expansion and contraction throughout the heat up and cool down cycle, removing the need for any secondary surface treatment process and providing a long working life.

Vortex™ Vacuum Bag Connectors are rated up to 250°C or 482°F.

All Vortex™ QRC Connectors are fully serviceable and easy to maintain. A full range of Vortex™ seal kits and spare parts are available from stock.
