VortexTM Vacuum hose assemblies fitted with VortexTM Threaded Fittings provide the high quality features of the VortexTM hose system with the flexibility of attaching to any threaded coupling type. The internally screwed hose tail secures the hose support spring preventing any possibility of hose collapse under vacuum/pressure.
VortexTM Vacuum hose assemblies are fitted with internal support spring, external end protection springs and swaged hose ferrules. All VortexTM hose assemblies are 100% tested, identified with a traceable ID number and certified prior to dispatch.
VortexTM Vacuum hoses assemblies with VortexTM Threaded Fittings can be produced with any thread form and are rated, as standard, up to 250°C or 482°F.
All VortexTM hose assemblies and QRC Couplings are fully serviceable and easy to maintain. A full range of VortexTM seal kits and spare parts are available from stock.
